NFL Week 8 Parlay Picks
Parlay bets are great because they take the spread out of the question. You’re simply asking two or more teams to win outright. This week, we’re asking three of the week’s favorites to do just that. But if you need NFL spread betting explained, just click the link here.
This week’s parlay picks includes the Ravens in Arizona, the Chargers hosting the Bears on SNF and Lions hosting the Raiders on MNF.
Ravens vs Cardinals
Pick: Ravens
The 5-2 Ravens (5-2 ATS), travel to Arizona to face the 1-6 Cardinals (3-4 ATS).
For the Cards, those four non-covers have all come in their last four games, also all losses. In those losses they’ve been outscored by 19, 14, 17 and 10 points. James Connor was already on the IR and now TE Zach Ertz has joined him.
Where the Cardinals find the offense to match the Ravens who have won 3/4, with wins coming by 25, 8 and 32 points last week over a strong Lions team is tough to say. Baltimore has also only allowed seven offensive touchdowns all season to their opponents. The Ravens look like a great pick in NFL parlays and teasers.
Bears vs Chargers
Pick: Chargers
The Chargers are only 2-4 and they just aren’t a team you can trust on most weeks. But if not now then when to bet on the Chargers?
Chicago gives up the fourth-most passing yards per game and that should be something Justin Herbert and LA’s eighth-ranked passing offense can take advantage of. Sam Howell and the Commanders, depsite losing, put up 388 yards through the air and two scores.
Did I mention Justin Fields is out? Fields may not have been very impressive himself this year, but that leaves Tyson Bagent, he of one career NFL start to lead the Bears on SNF. Yes, he won last week, but it came versus another team with a backup quarterback (Raiders) and he dinked and dunked his way to only 162 yards. That won’t be enough to go blow-for-blow with the Chargers.
The #Rams and #Lions trade was a true “Win-Win” with the Rams getting a Super Bowl and the Lions getting a franchise quarterback in Jared Goff. He’s having a career resurgence that can’t be ignored.

Raiders vs Lions
Pick: Lions
Speaking of the Raiders and their backup quarterback(s), both Brian Hoyer and Aidan O’Connell saw time last week versus Chicago with Jimmy Garoppolo out injured. Neither fared well. Hoyer was 17/32 for 129 yards and two INTs. While O’Connell was 10/13 for 75 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT.
Garoppolo is still not cleared to play with a back injury. If he’s out on MNF, it’s more of Hoyer and or O’Connell. That duo seems unlikely to topple the 5-2 Lions on the road in prime time. Brian Hoyer himself is 0-13 in his last 13 games as a starter.
Detroit did just get spanked 38-6 against Baltimore, but that will surely re-focus Dan Campbell’s bunch who are 28-13 ATS. But those NFL ATS records don’t even need to come into play here. For our Week 8 parlay picks, all we need is a Lions win SU.

NFL Teaser Picks Today
Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds) Bengals vs 49ers Bengals (+10.5) Eagles vs Commanders Eagles (+3.5) Chiefs vs Broncos Chiefs (+3.5) TOTAL ODDS -132 Our three-leg Week 8 teaser comes in at -132 odds from the three games we’ve chosen above.
NFL Week 8 Teaser Picks
With several big spreads this week you can tease up or down and create bets that look likely to cash. The Eagles and Chiefs are both touchdown favorites, but the Eagles needed OT to beat the Commanders a few weeks ago and the Chiefs only put up 19 points versus Denver in their recent meeting. As such we’ve moved those spread lines all the way to +3.5. Meanwhile, 49ers staring QB Brock Purdy is out, and we see the Bengals keeping that game close. Maybe 4 points close, but certainly the 10.5 points we’ve picked in the alternate spread market.
Bengals vs 49ers
Pick: Bengals (+105)
This is still a 49ers team that is 5-2 and has won 17 of their past 20 games. But two of those three losses have come in their past two games, losing 19-17 in Cleveland and 22-17 in Minnesota on Monday Night Football.
They’re also dealing with some serious injuries with LT Trent Williams questionable, WR Deebo Samuel out and the most prominent being starting QB Brock Purdy who is also questionable in concussion protocol.
If he can’t go that means Sam Darnold gets the start. Darnold has a losing record as a starter with both the Jets and Panthers and has a combined career record of 21-34.
The Bengals are off two wins, 34-20 in Arizona and 17-13 at home to Seattle, and will be coming off a bye week. That gives Joe Burrow more time to rest his ailing calf while San Fran comes off a short week with potentially a backup quarterback. I’m not getting too high on Cincy after wins over the Cardinals and Seahawks, I just think they can keep this within ten points in teaser picks.

Eagles vs Commanders
Pick: Eagles (+3.5)
The Commanders usually play the Eagles tight and that proved the case ealier this month when the game went to overtime and the Eagles won 34-31. Philly had their way with Miami last week winning 31-17 and had more first downs (26-12), time of possession (36:43-23:17) and got to Tua for three sacks.
Speaking of sacks, Commanders’ QB Sam Howell has been taken down a league-high 40 times and is on pace to break David Carr’s historical record. Last week his offensive line allowed him to get sacked five times in a 14-7 loss to the Giants. That’s even worse when you consider the Giants had previously only had five sacks the entire season. Bad news against the Eagles who are tied in third for sacks and could cause mayhem in the backfield for Howell.
This one did go to OT in Philly though, which is why we have +3.5 on the Eagles here.
Chiefs vs Broncos
Pick: Chiefs (+3.5)
The Broncos did manage to hold the Chiefs to 19 points as recently as October 12 in a 19-8 loss. However, the game had high winds which limited some of the offensive potential for both teams. Still, they were down 16-0 until a fourth quarter score and the Chiefs dominated the time of possession (35:49-24:11) and the total yards (389-197).
Patrick Mahomes threw for 306 yards, 124 of which went to Travis Kelce. Considering the Broncos allow the most catches and receiving yards to opposing tight ends, Kelce, who just had 179 yards last week against the Chargers as well, could be in for another big day.
But it’s not just the offense that is rounding into form for KC. Their defense is seventh in yards allowed per game, while Denver’s is 32nd. They also got back DE Charles Omenihu from suspension last week and he had two tackles and a sack in his return. Patrick Mahomes is 29-3 SU versus the AFC West so should get another win, but just in case, we have them at +3.5 in these teaser picks.
